Power-X
I rebuilt a growing store as its own custom web app.
Built while I worked at Prime AssetSource.

The project at a glance
The brand, the problem, the fix and where you can see it live.
The problem to solve
What was getting in the way before I started on the work.
It ran on Shopify for 2.5 years. The team needed one place to run orders, stock and leads.

What I did about it
The main changes I made, and why each of them mattered here.
I moved it to Next.js and Node.js on its own server. I added automatic emails, the WhatsApp API and Razorpay payments. I also designed every component, product photo and creative.

What I built for them
The parts of the project that people and the team use every day.
- A storefront with a PC builder and deals
- Orders, quotations and a sales funnel
- Stock across branches, with reorder lists
- One shared inbox for WhatsApp and leads
- Dealer price slabs and bulk requests
- Warranty checks and team permissions
The tools I used
What runs this project, listed for anyone who likes the detail.
What changed after
The difference this work made, described as plainly as I can.
One dashboard runs the store.
Orders, stock, leads and WhatsApp messages now sit in one place.
Who this work helped
How the work changed things for each group of people involved.
Shoppers
Get emails and messages about their orders.
Brand
Owns its store and its data.
Team
Works from one dashboard.
What you can take from this
Three ideas from this project that could help your store as well.
- Move off a theme only when it really holds you back.
- Keep orders, stock and messages in one place.
- Send people updates, so they don’t have to ask.
